Questions

Common Questions

Do you take walk-ins or do I need an appointment?

We work best by appointment so we can give each animal real attention. For a sick pet or urgent concern, message us and we'll do our best to fit you in.

Do you really come out to the farm or ranch?

Yes. We load up the truck for on-site visits to horses, cattle, sheep, and goats — routine herd work, sick animals, and seasonal care right at your place.

How much will my visit cost?

Many services start at a posted price, while others depend on your animal's needs. We'll talk through honest options upfront, with no upselling and no surprises.

What should I bring to my first visit?

Bring any past records, vaccine history, and a list of current foods or medications. For nervous pets, a leash or carrier helps keep the visit calm.

Do you speak Spanish?

We're glad to help Spanish-speaking neighbors and will do our best to make sure you fully understand your animal's care and options.

What are your hours?

We're open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and Saturday from 8:00 AM to noon. We're closed Sundays.
