Burgers Off the Grill
Half-pound patties char-grilled over open flame and served in a basket with hand-cut fries. Simple food done right.

Pub West is where Waterman lands on a Friday night — farmers coming in from the field, families grabbing a booth, neighbors catching up at the bar. Burgers off the grill, drafts poured cold, and no fuss about any of it.

You'll get a hello at the door and probably spot somebody you know at the bar. That's just how Waterman works.
Ice-cold taps, longnecks from the back of the cooler, and small-town prices that don't spoil the night out.
Friday night brings in the crews from the field and the families from town, and there's a table for every one of them.

Waterman is a small town, and Pub West has been its small-town pub since 2005 — the kind of place where the grill does the talking and the bar stools fill up with familiar faces. Come in off the field, off the road, or off the couch, and there's a burger in a basket and a cold draft waiting for you.
We keep the menu honest: beef on an open flame, fries cut by hand, and beer that never sits long enough to warm up. Friday nights the booths fill with farm crews and families alike, and everybody leaves full. You'll find us at 100 East Adams Street, right in the heart of Waterman.
The burgers, the pours, and the worn wood that make Pub West the spot in Waterman.
