Waterman is a small town, and Pub West has been its small-town pub since 2005 — the kind of place where the grill does the talking and the bar stools fill up with familiar faces. We keep the menu honest: beef on an open flame, fries cut by hand, and beer that never sits long enough to warm up. Friday nights the booths fill with farm crews and families alike, and everybody leaves full. You'll find us at 100 East Adams Street, right in the heart of Waterman.

Pub West sits in the heart of Waterman, a farm village of about 1,400 in southern DeKalb County that turns out every July for the Lions Club Summerfest and its antique tractor and truck show.
